of the Swabian Spaetzle and the cradle of pasta-making
in Germany. ALB-GOLD manufactures more than 150 different pasta shapes with the best raw materials and finest quality.

Our pasta specialties vary from homemade egg-pasta to spelt pasta, organic pasta and egg-pasta made with herbs, spices and vegetables. We also make sweet pasta made with chocolate or lime, and pasta made with corn or rice flour. Other specialties include our animal shaped pasta, which can be enjoyed by kids and the whole family.
